Corruption, insecurity, health problems, education crisis among others have corrupted the governance of president Uhuru's regime.

People have doubted the governance of Uhuru Kenyatta and his appointed government. His Cabinet Secretaries and parastatal appointments have been involved in social ills that have tainted his reputation as the president of the country.

The ills have also derailed his advancement towards reclaiming his seat in 2017 general elections. However, I think it is unfair to prosecute the president on issues that have not been perpetrated by the president himself. All corrupt leaders should carry their own cross.

The leaders who have failed in their respective dockets should also carry their own crosses. Blaming all social ills and fails on one person because he is the president of the country holds no ground. It will be advisable for the president to act on all failed leaders and appoint new and committed leaders.

As the 2017 general election nears, the president should take measures that will ensure that he rebuilds his reputation and favourably carry the day in 2017 elections.

Kenyans, on the other hand, should not persecute the president but should hold all failed leaders to account.
