President Uhuru Kenyatta has been warned over police killings in the country.

Led by their chairman Kivindyo Ndivo, NASA's UK-based diaspora supporters said the recent police killings were crimes against humanity and that they were planning to go to the ICC to indict the president and those responsible.

“We would like to put Kenyatta’s government on notice that these police killings of unarmed Kenyans amount to crimes against humanity according to the Rome statute and we will be pursuing the perpetrators of such heinous crimes through the right channels,” said Kivindyo.

On November 28 this year, three people were killed when police dispersed NASA supporters at Jacaranda Grounds in Embakasi to stop the planned prayer rally for police brutality victims.

Earlier, several people lost their lives when police and NASA supporters clashed in Nairobi when the latter disobeyed police orders refraining them from welcoming Raila Odinga at JKIA.
