[Photo: PSCU]President Uhuru Kenyatta will on Wednesday, June 21, lead Jubilee campaigns in Murang'a County.His visit to the Central Kenya County comes hot on the heels of a similar visit to his home county of Kiambu where he alongside his Deputy William Ruto consolidated Jubilee Party support on Sunday.Kenyatta will make several stops during the extensive meet-the-people tour of Murang'a, to highlight his administration’s delivery track record in the last four years.He will also outline his development agenda for the county which is perceived to be his political stronghold, for the next five years as he hopes for his re-election in the August 8, polls.
The last two weeks have seen the Uhuru and his deputy lead high-octane re-election campaigns in the counties of Kisii and Nyamira in South Nyanza, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Elgeyo Marakwet, Kericho and Bomet in Rift Valley and Bungoma, Busia and Kakamega in the Western region.Apart from Murang'a, PSCU confirmed Kenyatta will visit other counties this week as he seeks to mobilise supporters to give him and his team a second term.
