One of the biggest legacy that Uhuru is building is his uncanny ability to build better relationship of the country with the rest of the world. With a diligent Foreign Affairs CS, Amina Mohammed, the country is being put back in it's coveted position not only in the Africa but in the Globe. Uhuru and his team has managed to bring to Kenya world leaders conference, the UNCTAD conference, the president if the United States of America whose Adminstration's opinion of "Choices have consequences" in the Kenya's 2013 polls where Uhuru and Ruto were vying but as ICC indictees and left the country with no doubt what Barack Obama thought of the duo then. However politics is a strange game and the former president of United States was seen to warm up to Kenyan leaders in his last term. After Barack Obama the country has hosted other big world leaders and held successful global consortiums which is branding Nairobi as a preferred choice for conferencing tourism and destination, all this is due to hard work by the ministry of foreign affairs and the president. The world leaders do not come in vain, but they bring with them much needed investment for the country as is witnessed by the setting up of VW and Peugeot assembly plants. The tourism players are also reaping handsomely during the international conferences and consortiums.Today Kenya is receiving athletes for the IAAF under 18 champions who will be camping and competing at Moi International Sports Center, an event that will see many nations in the world participate. In the review of her docket, CS Amina Mohammed was recorded saying; "we have moved from a country of essential contact". The country now is more proactive in engaging other nations, to cut it's niche in the global affairs.
