President Uhuru Kenyatta Wednesday visited Kajiado County to drum up support for his re-election bid in next month's poll and popularise his Jubilee Party.

Uhuru dismissed his opponent NASA leader Raila Odinga saying he can't be trusted with steering the country's economy forward.

He said the former Prime Minister does not know how to develop the country and wondered how he will lead the country if he had failed to bring development to the people of Kibera who he served for four terms as their Member of Parliament.

"What he has done for the people of Kibera since he started leading them for more than 20 years ago? Ata akichaguliwa atafanya Kenya iwe kama Kibera...Even when elected he will make Kenya be like Kibera," Uhuru stated.

Speaking at Mile 46, the President accused the Opposition leader of inciting the Maa community when he visited the county a few weeks ago.

He said Raila is out to divide the country by making utterances that will make Kenyans turn against each other.

"He is asking others to go away, the Maasai right now are grazing as far as coast and Tanzania because of drought. Now if they are asked to go back home, which home will they go back to? Kenya belongs to every one of us," he noted.

He said the only way to solve the land problem in Maasailand is to give them title deeds.

"My government has issued three million title deeds. This is how to bring a solution, not inciting Kenyans along tribal lines," he added.
