 President Uhuru Kenyatta has asked Kenyans to shun the Opposition and support his reeelction.

Kenyatta said that his administration has achieved a lot in the last four years unlike the Oppostion which he said is only banking on 'rumour mongering'.

"We have constructed roads, upgraded and equipped health facilities to the status of referral hospitals, boosted provision of crucial medical services to Kenyans for the few years we have been in office," said Uhuru.

He  added: "We have connected over 45,000 households to electricity compared to only 10,000 who had power before the Jubilee Government came to office in 2013."

The President was speaking during a public address at Shinyalu in Kakemega county on Saturday where he urged residents to support Jubilee Party in the August 8 polls.
