[Photo|BBC] President Uhuru Kenyatta has attacked the Supreme Court judges after the annulled his victory in the August 8, election, Friday. The nullification followed a presidential petition filed by the National Super Alliance, whose leader is Raila Odinga, Uhuru's closest opponent.Odinga argued that Uhuru colluded with the electoral commission, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, to subvert his victory.During an impromptu rally at Burma Market in, Nairobi, Uhuru criticised the judges, led by Chief Justice David Maraga, calling them 'wakora' (thugs)."Maraga and his thugs have decided to cancel the election. Now I am no longer the president-elect. I am the serving president. Maraga should know that he is now dealing with the serving president," Uhuru said in Kiswahili, during the broadcast aired live on NTV, Friday evening. He said Maraga's team (six judges) thought they knew it all, after nullifying his win.“A few people have sat there thinking they know it all, but we have said, because we believe in peace and because we believe in the rule of law, let them say what they want,” Kenyatta said.According to him, the ruling went against the will of the people, and that he would respect it, and go back to the ballot for fresh presidential election, after 60 days.He further warned that he was keeping a close eye on them, and that he would act, after Kenyans have voted again."Let those five, six people know, since the Kenyan people will still decide, they should wait for us to act after the people have made their decision. We are keeping a close eye on them. But let us deal with the election first. We are not afraid," he warned.
