President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to receive the name of potential EACC chairman in a week’s time.
According to the Public Service Committee, the name will be forwarded from a list of six shortlisted persons.
The three names will be picked from six candidates interviewed, including retired Anglican Archbishop Eliud Wabukala, former Agricultural Development Corporation managing director William Kipkemboi, Philemon Mwaisaka, who served on the defunct Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution, and former inspector-general of State corporations Peter Bita Ondieki.
Others are Rose Bosibori Osoro, who is on the Commission on Revenue Allocation, and Erastus Iguna Rweria.
