The battle for the 2017 General Elections has already begun.

Each party is putting its best candidates forward to represent the party and win.

In relation to this, President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to begin visits to certain regions in the country.

The purpose of these visits will be to hunt for votes to be re-elected as the Kenyan president, come next year.

The first place President Kenyatta will visit will be South Nyanza which he will tour for exactly four days. Of which, he will then proceed to Western, the following week.

These are areas that are strongly ‘Corded’ and the outcome of the trip is something a lot of Kenyans would like to see.

The last visit will be to Kilifi, Kwale, Lamu and Mombasa during the last week of August.

President Kenyatta will open the annual ASK show and inspect projects during the visit.

Aside from garnering votes, the president also intends to inspect various projects implemented by the Jubilee party.
