Controversial political analyst, Mutahi Ngunyi, has warned President Uhuru Kenyatta against Chief Justice David Maraga.

Ngunyi has warned the Head of State against of being ‘being nice’ to Maraga.

He equated Maraga to a political snake, since "he does not trust this man (Maraga)".

Through his youtube channel, Nguyi advised Uhuru not to trust the Chief Justice following the historic decision by the Supreme Court annulling his August 8 win.

The analyst accused Maraga of breeding rebellion in the country citing the resignation of Roselyn Akombe as an IEBC commissioner, re-emergence of the outlawed militia like Mungiki and the rise of the unstructured Nairobi Business Community.

"For inspiring this kind of rebellion, Maraga must be condemned as a traitor of the Country," said Ngunyi.
