Kabogo says that those claiming that Uhuru will be a one term president are in for a rude shock.

Speaking during a meet the people tour in Gatundu South on Thursday, Kabogo said that Uhuru will massively win in the August 8 polls.

The Governor stated that Uhuru’s government has performed well to deserve re-election in August.

“Those claiming that President Uhuru will be a one term president are dreaming and should wake up,” he said.

He added that the country has been on a global map since the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2013.

Kabogo said that Kenyans have trust with President Kenyatta and will vote for him in August.

A section of opposition politicians is claiming that Uhuru will not make it for a second term. The politicians claim that Uhuru’s government has failed to deliver its development pledges.

On Tuesday, Homa Bay MP Peter Kaluma said that Uhuru will not win a second term.

Kaluma claimed that Uhuru’s government is perpetuating corruption, tribalism and marginalisation and suppression of Kenyans.
