Nyandarua county governor Francis Kimemia has predicted that Uhuru will win with 3 million votes on October 17.
The governor vowed to mobilize people in the county to ensure president Uhuru Kenyatta garners the highest number of votes in the coming repeat of the presidential election.
He said more voters will turn out to vote for president Kenyatta unlike during August 8.
The governor added that even the sick will be helped to reach the polling station to cast their votes.
“We will volunteer vehicles and motorcycles to ferry the sick and the old to polling centers and back on that day,” Kimemia said.
He added that elected leaders in Nyandarua will soon meet to map out on how to campaign for Jubilee across the County.
Kimemia urged IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati to show leadership and end wrangles in the electoral body citing that differences in IEBC have caused unnecessary political tension.
