The ADC, Lt Col Victor Mburu, was with Uhuru at Embakasi during a function to issue title deeds to Nairobi residents.

Mburu was captured holding a certain lady’s hand as he walked behind the President.

It is not yet clear whether the move was a security one or a ‘good moment’.

The photo went viral on social media as users poked fun into it.
