Former Kwale Women Representative Zainab Chidzuga has laughed off claims that NASA could swear-in Raila Odinga when President Uhuru Kenyatta will be taking his oath of office on Tuesday next week.Chidzuga termed the threat by NASA leaders as the joke of the year and a dream that will never come true.Speaking to journalists in Kwale Town on Wednesday, Chidzuga said NASA leaders are suffering from denial and shock and that their attempt to swear in Raila will not materialise.She said the opposition is seeking sympathy after losing two presidential elections in one year.The former Kwale Women Rep said Raila's swearing-in will be inconsequential as he is not the elected president.Chidzuga hit out at the opposition saying their alleged plot to plunge the country into chaos will not work."NASA should realise that the rules of the game have changed and understand that Uhuru Kenyatta is the duly and legitimately elected president of the Republic of Kenya," she said.The former Raila ally said NASA's threats will not prevent Jubilee from swearing-in Uhuru on Tuesday next week.She asked Raila to accept reality and try his luck in 2022.Uhuru will be sworn in for a second term on Tuesday next week after the Supreme Court upheld his re-election in the October 26 repeat poll.There are speculations that NASA could swear in Raila as the People's Republic of Kenya president. Political analyst Peter Ngure warns that Raila will be in trouble if he agrees to be sworn in, arguing that the move will be treasonous.
