Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has defended NRM's self-declaredGeneral, Miguna Miguna.
This is after Miguna was arraigned in court four days after his arrest.
Abdulahi faulted the Director of Public Prosecutions for charging Miguna maintaining that he shouldn'thave been arraigned in court on Tuesday again.
"In my view, the Director of Public Prosecution shouldn't have charged MigunaMiguna at all," Ahmednasir tweeted.
Ahmednasir said that the DPP will spend taxpayers money and waste their time on Miguna who in his opinion was not worth it.
He adviced the DPP to ensure they finalise the whole case within the stipulated time.
"Now that he is in court the DPP must prosecute & finalise the case within 120 days. By June we must have a conviction oracquittal," Ahmednasir said.
Miguna was arrested after he and Ruaraka legislator TJ Kajwang administered an oath to Opposition leader Raila Odinga at Uhuru Park.
