This is after the Interior CS Fred Mating'i, Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and PS of Immigration Gordon Kihalwangwa failed to appear in court regarding the deportation of lawyer Miguna Miguna.

Miguna had been deported on Wednesday evening after the government failed to present him in court.

Through his twitter account, Abdullahi said that the defiance was unacceptable.

"I don't care and don't give a hoot about Miguna Miguna...But I care and take great exception when LAWFUL COURT ORDERS are treated as toilet paper and are wilfully disregarded...just unacceptable!!!," tweeted Abdullahi.

He compared the Kenyan situation to a similar one in the United States of America.

"Following American Supreme Court decision in Worcester v Georgia where the Court ruled in favour of Cherokee Indian Nation, angry president Andrew Jackson told the CJ "John Marshall has made his decision: now let him enforce it". I hope we don't tell the same to justice Odunga!!," he added.

The three government officials were found guilty of contempt of court and are set to be sentenced on Thursday afternoon.
