Renowned lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has weighed in on National Super Alliance's (NASA) event on Tuesday at Uhuru Park.

The lawyer believes that the biggest winner in the 'mock' swearing-in of Raila Odinga is none other than Deputy President William Ruto.

According to Abdullahi, the event revealed to Ruto weak, disjointed and hopeless opponents who he will face in 2022. He also believes that the Dp learnt that his opponents dislike one another.

"The biggest beneficiary of the mock swearing of Hon Raila & the well planned boycott by his 3 co-principals is not HE Uhuru. No. Hon Ruto is the runaway winner. He just saw a preview of 4 weak, disjointed & hopeless opponents he faces in 2022. He also saw they dislike one another," tweeted Abdullahi on Tuesday.

The lawyer, alias the Grand Mullah, as well came to the defence of NASA co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka who skipped the event.

In his view, Kalonzo is an accomplished lawyer who saw it fit not to attend the meaningless swearing-in 'circus'.

"What did you expect from a distinguished/accomplished lawyer of Hon Kalonzo's standing? To participate in mock/meaningless swearing in ceremony as the people's deputy President? Come on people..give Hon Kalonzo some credit...please...He did the right thing by a voiding the circus," added the lawyer.

On Tuesday, Raila Odinga engaged in an 'oath' taking event declaring himself as the people's president.

However, the most notable thing in the event was the absence of other NASA principals who have been advocating for the same.
