The ruling Jubilee Party will collaborate with the ruling Communist Party of China in an effort aimed at strengthening democracy in the country.The revelation was made by the Wang Xiaohui, Deputy Director of the Policy and Research office.Mr. Xiaohui said that the Communist Party had also collaborated with South Africa's African National Congress (ANC).''We seek to deepen our collaboration with the Jubilee Party as we have done with the ANC of South Africa,'' he said.He said that a strong political culture was the reason why China had emerged as a strong economic power.
