Uhuru Kenyatta has sent three special requests to NASA leader Raila Odinga nine days to the October 26 repeat polls early on Monday.
While campaigning in Garissa county on Monday the Head of State said, Kenyans have the right to electing their preferred leader through the ballot and Odinga should not deny them that right.
Secondly, Uhuru urgently requested Odinga to respect the September 1, Supreme Court ruling that directed IEBC to conduct fresh polls within 60 days.
"You are the one who took this case to court seeking new elections. The courts ordered a poll in 60 days. You should obey the court order and let us continue with the elections," said Uhuru.
Finally, Uhuru asked Odinga to shelved his presidential ambition if he felt like he was not ready for it.
"If you are not ready to stop frustrating us just go home and rest," he said.
