According to Munyaka, Kambas are no longer in opposition and are ready to support Uhuru's re-election in August poll.
Speaking at Machakos town on Wednesday, Munyaka dismissed opposition's claims that it still controls the region politics.
The MP said that Kambas have been misused for a long time adding that they will make informed choices in the August 8 general election.
"Let no one claim that Ukambani is an opposition stronghold because that is not the case on the ground," said the MP who is also Jubilee party coordinator n larger Ukambani region.
Mr Munyaka said that Kambas are confident in President Uhuru Kenyatta's government and leadership.
"As Kambas we will not allow ourselves to be misled again, we have suffered for many years and time has come for our redemption," he said.
Munyaka urged locals not to be confused by the opposition politics.
He said that opposition has nothing to offer Kenyans and is only engaging in propaganda to create tension and anxiety ahead of the August polls.
The MP asked Kambas to register in large numbers to be able to elect leaders who will push for their development agenda in the August 8 polls.
Munyaka is among Kamba politicians who defected to President Uhuru Kenyatta's party last year.
