Political leaders from Kamba region openly and vehemently castigated Raila Odinga for the deaths of his supporters witnessed after the 8th August 2013 disputed election.
The various political leaders were speaking on a Saturday afternoon at Mua, Machakos County during the burial ceremony of Mulili Ndeti, Father in law to former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti.
Wavinya Ndeti claimed that the deaths could have been easily averted if President Uhuru and Raila could have heeded Kalonzo's call for dialogue.
According to Wavinya Ndeti, Stephen Kalonzo was the pioneer of the dialogue that is set to take place after Uhuru-Raila's meeting.
Therefore, if at all the call was heeded early enough then no deaths would have occurred.
"I wish Raila and Uhuru heeded our party leader's call way before swearing, we would have averted the unnecessary deaths and chaos," concluded Wavinya Ndeti.
Subsequently, Patrick Makau did not spare Raila either.
Apart from describing Raila's move as a betrayal, the Mavoko member of parliament as well related the deaths of Raila's supporters' to his course.
"Kenyans died because of this course, Kenyans were maimed because of this course and for what end, 10 percent?"
The utterances by the Ukambani political leaders following the Uhuru-Raila meeting apparently shows the extent to which NASA is divided.
However, the coalition principals are supposed to meet on the 16th of March to liberate on the future of the NASA outfit.
