Jubilee and NASA have lost a follower in Ukambani who has denied affiliation to any of the two political factions. Kangundo MP Fabian Muli distanced himself from claims that linked him to the ruling party Jubilee. The Ukambani legislature asked his constituents to give the unfounded rumors a deaf ear and blamed his political foes.

“I am focusing on development issues that will take Kangundo to the next level in terms of development and not NASA/Jubilee politics. Treat that propaganda with the contempt it deserves,” Muli said.

Speaking on Sunday at Kakuyuni Deliverance Church, the MP urged his Kangundo constituents to support him as he tries to fulfill his campaign pledges. Muli urged them to ignore the NASA-Jubilee politics that he said he is not party to.

The Muungano party MP also asked the church to pray for the coming rerun so that peace prevails during and after the polls.

“Let us pray for our country so that we have a peaceful presidential repeat election,” he added.
