The Wiper gubernatorial candidate in Machakos Wavinya Ndeti has promised a different Kamba land after regional leaders chose continue with their unity initiatives.

Speaking in Machakos Town, Wavinya said that the journey that started at Emali will be fruitful. Despite big loses to the party, Ndeti is sure of a united party that will deliver victory.

“We started this journey at Emali where we declared the Kamba community unity. I declare here that the community will never be the same again,” Wavinya said as quoted by Nation.

She received enormous support with others introducing her as the Machakos governor. Governor Kivutha Kibwana was among those who predicted Mutua’s political demise. NASA presidential running mate Kalonzo Musyoka also said she will win with a bigger margin than what she garnered during the primaries.

“They cried foul when Wavinya Ndeti garnered over 200,000 votes in the nominations but she can marshal over 400,000 votes in the elections,” Kalonzo said as quoted by Nation.

Others present were Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Kitui governor Julius Malombe, Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana, Narc party leader Charity Ngilu, Evans Kidero’s Deputy Jonathan Mueke and Makueni senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior.
