[Photo|Courtesy]The United Kingdom (UK) has called for calm, between the two main political rivals in the flesh presidential election.UK High Commissioner to Kenya Nic Hailey, said President Uhuru and NASA leader Raila Odinga, should first think about Kenyan citizens, before pursuing their political issues.He said the two should ensure the country holds a peaceful and credible elections, regardless of who wins the October poll."Nobody should lose their life because of politics. My advise to the two candidates, is that the country matters first, politics come and go, but the country remains. We should hold Kenya together and not be swayed by politics," said Hailey.During an interview with one of the local television stations, Tuesday morning, the envoy indicated Kenyan politics should start targeting real issues facing the people, and not verbal attacks.He said it would be best if presidential dialogues in the country, base on development issues widely, and not what who had not done.Hailey further indicated that the country needs to build trust with the electoral body, IEBC, for a credible election, even in future.
