Sportpesa Premier League side Ulinzi Stars is set to take on Egyptian side Smouha in the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederations Cup and ahead of the game scheduled for Friday 10th March, head coach Benjaminn Nyangweso says he is impressed with the preparations.
The team played to a barren draw with AFC Leopards in their last friendly match before the trip to Egypt and the coach notes that it was a good test for his men.
He is particularly happy with the team’s organization and movement and believes they will be ready for the clash on Friday.
“It was a very good match against a tough opponent and I am happy with the way we played. In terms of organization and team shape there has been great movement and I have no doubt we are ready for Friday,” the coach said.
He added; “We still have some bit to do in terms of finishing but overall, I am pleased with how the team is after the two weeks of training.”
