Kenya Premier League side Ulinzi Stars are set to take part in a number of friendlies ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup first round matches, in which they play Egypt’s Smouha.

Ulinzi beat Benghazi 1-0 in the return leg of their preliminary round fixtures on Saturday.

 “The team has been training hard and stepping up the effortswe want the boys to be as match fit as possible,” the club’s Office in Charge Captain Godwin Baraza told the club’s official website.

The first leg match against Smouha will be played in Alexandria on March 10.
