Ulinzi Stars will take on struggling Kariobangi Stars in a midweek encounter to be played at the Afraha Stadium on Wednesday.
The Soldiers will be hoping to bounce back from their 0-1 loss against champions - Gor Mahia - two weeks ago at the Kericho Green Stadium.
Sharks on the other hand suffered a 2-0 drubbing at the hands of AFC Leopards in the GOtv finals and will be hoping for a win when they travel to Nakuru.
However a head to head record places Ulinzi in a position to carry the day having won the first leg by a solitary goal at the Machakos Stadium.
A win for the Soldiers will see them leapfrog Posta Rangers to fifth place on the log albeit on goal differences while Sharks could upstage Ulinzi further by jumping to its current fifth position should they win.
Both teams do not have any suspension worries going into the match.
