Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said that he will not be intimidated by unfair poll ratings in his quest to be National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential flag bearer.
Kalonzo claims that some pollster companies want to block his presidential bid through by releasing 'cooked' poll ratings.
The Wiper Party leader further alleges that some pollsters are being sponsored to give him unfair rates.
Speaking in Malindi on Sunday, Kalonzo said that his bid to State House cannot be stopped by malicious poll ratings.
The Wiper leader claimed that Kenyans are being brainwashed and corrupted by fake opinion polls.
Kalonzo singled out Info-trak Hariss and Ipsos synovate accusing them of bias.
“We will not allow some pollsters to continue ‘cooking’ up poll results with intentions of corrupting Kenyans mind ahead of the August elections,” he said.
A recent survey by Infotrak showed that ODM leader Raila Odinga is the most preferred NASA presidential flag bearer with 68.3 per cent of support.
The poll placed Kalonzo second with 13.1 per cent followed closely by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi at 12.3 per cent while Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula was rated fourth with 2.2 per cent.
Wetangula has also rubbished the Infotrack survey saying that Kenyans are the ones who will elect their preferred leaders and not pollster companies.
The Bungoma senator now wants pollster companies keenly regulated.
