Former Kisii town mayor Aloyce Moseti has asked gubernatorial aspirants from Kitutu Masaba constituency, Charles Mochama and Walter Nyambati to come together and decide who will vie for the Nyamira gubernatorial seat or else lose to the incumbent Governor John Nyagarama.
Addressing the mourners at Kemera village in Kitutu Masaba, Moseti accused Nyagarama of failing to deliver his manifesto for the last four years and hence cannot be entrusted with the county's leadership.
"We won't be blinded by these tents he has sent us here today for the function, I too can afford to hire them, let him forget our votes. Mochama and Nyambati should decide on who will be our flag-bearer from this constituency." said Moseti on Friday.
Both Nyambati and Mochama who attended the funeral received criticisms from mourners of being mute on farmers issues especially coffee farmers from the area who got Sh1 payment per kilo for their produce.
