Photo/UoEAfter a long Christmas holiday, the University of Eldoret has announced semester resumption dates.A notice to students said the semester resumes January 2, 2018 and that classes would resume immediately ahead of exams."To All Students and Staff. The University will resume normal activities following the Christmas break on 2nd January 2018. Classes will start immediately. Exams will run from Monday 15th January to Friday 2nd February 2018," read the notice, December 30.The university was among several other public universities that were affected by lecturers strike shortly after the fresh presidential election on October 26.The institution through Deputy Vice Chancellor Pius Kipkemboi had as well announced a break o allow students and staff participate in the election.
