The Jubilee Party National Elections Board has allowed individuals not registered with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to take part in the ongoing primaries.
The directive issued on Monday stated that members should all have a national identity card in order to vote.
The Jubilee Party nominations kicked off on Monday in five counties after they were canceled on Friday due to chaotic scenes witnessed in various regions.
On Saturday, President Uhuru Kenyatta apologized for the cancelation stating that the party was under prepared to handle a large voter turn out.
Jubilee will announce nomination results through the National Election Board (NEB), unlike other parties that have been announcing nomination results at the tallying centres in the counties.
