Raila Odinga. [Photo/mediamaxnetwork.co.ke] Vanguard Africa, an American-based organisation has dismissed claims that it is funding NASA presidential candidate, Raila Odinga.
The firm on Wednesday noted that although it organised Odinga's US tour in April this year, it had neither offered nor received money from the opposition leader.
"Vanguard Africa has never received money from nor dispersed money to Mr Odinga or his political party," read a statement from Vanguard in part.

Its Executive Director Jeffrey Smith said Raila's US high level meetings were consistent with its mission of mounting calls for free, fair and transparent elections in Africa.
Vanguard is said to be the force behind ousting of Gambia's dictator, Yahya Jammeh.
