This comes after the institution took to the street after one of their own was accosted by armed thugs at Kiang’ombe, Makongeni and lost his life on the process thus crying for insecurity in the region.

Waudo expressed his condolence and strongly condemned the killing of Patrick Munyao who was murdered by the unknown men and Lawrence Omondi who also lost his life when he joined other students in taking to the street as they were advocating for enhancement of security in Kiang’ombe suburb.

The VC urged parents, guardians and sponsors to advocate their children to resume classes on Monday 16th this month to embrace education and recover what has been lost during the skirmishes.

He said that only duly registered students for the 2nd semester and Trimester 2014/2015 academic year will be allowed in the school in the procession of the study.

Waudo added that the students to be allowed should also have cleared fees balance as per the university fees payment as stipulated by the University Finance Policy.

The professor who was speaking on Monday morning in his office further urged the students to embrace dialogue instead of violence in solving the issues which plans were underway in ensuring security is achieved in the school and its environs.

He has however warned malicious politicians who may have been involved in inciting the students to go on rampage that their days are numbered.
