Kisii University is set to unveil an ultra-modern pavilion during its 4th graduation ceremony to be held on Friday.
The pavilion which has been under construction for half a year, is set to lift the face of the institution which has experienced slow structural growth, owing to the little developmental funding by the government.
Furnishing of the pavilion which will also double as the graduation square is set for completion in the midweek.
Speaking during an interview, the building contractor, John Moti affirmed that the structure will be ready before graduation.
“My workers here work day and night to ensure we beat the deadline. The furnishing must be completed before Friday,” he said.
The pavilion will also host a highly equipped gymnasium, a move that will see the students improve their body fitness through regular exercises.
