The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), is currently meeting the top political rival parties.
Chairman Wafula Chebukati, had on Wednesday morning said, the Commission would meet President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party and Raila Odinga's NASA coaltion, starting 10:30am.
The meeting being held at the at Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi, is being represented by represnetatives of the two coalitions.
Siaya senator James Orengo and NASA Executive Director Norman Magaya are leading the Opposition team in the meeting, while Secretary General Raphael Tuju is representing Jubilee Party.
Chebukati had urged NASA to stop its anti-IEBC demos on Tuesday, to allow for talks between them, Wednesday, but NASA dismissed the request, saying it was not interested in more engagements, until its irreducible minimums are addressed.
NASA had also said it would not hold any meeting with IEBC at its Anniversary Towers offices.
