[Photo|Gladys Wanga]The National Resistance Movement (NRM), a wing of the Opposition's National Super Alliance (Nasa) is scheduled for its first rally.The wing was officially launched by Nasa leader Raila Odinga at his Capitol Hill offices after Opposition governors and parliamentarians vowed to implement it at the county and national levels respectively.Governors pledged to take the initiative to the county assemblies for the formation of People's Assembly, while Nasa MPs have already launched a campaign to boycott products of particular companies, which they said have a hand in denying Kenyans democracy by supporting Jubilee government.NRM asked its supporters to boycott all products of Bidco Industries, Brookside dairies and telecommunication giant Safaricom Ltd.The first NRM rally is scheduled for Kibra in Nairobi County today (Sunday) starting 1pm according to an update from the coalition's communication team.Nasa and NRM leaders are expected to use the platform to advise supporters to seek alternatives and stay away from the listed firms in bid to liberate the economy.
