Socialite Vera Sidika has blasted national carrier Kenya Airways for not living up to its standards.
Vera took to social media to narrate her numerous bad experiences while travelling with the airline.
"No airline has disappointed me as much as Kenya Airways. They lose my bags and had to find them and return (after I rant on Snapchat), delay flights, while sometimes I get my luggage with missing items as petty as perfumes," said Vera.
She added: "It even got worse as the aircraft air conditioner stopped working while at a stop-over in Brazzaville heading Kinshasa. Some passengers almost suffocated."
In a long Instagram post, Vera ranted how she praises KQ in diaspora but instead she is meted with undeserving treatment.
"It’s sickening that sometimes I would have to just be patriotic, smile and lie about bout how amazing KQ is when I have personally had the worst experience with KQ in my entire life of traveling," she posted.
