Victoria Kimani has dedicated her latest award to all black girls in the world.

She walked away with the most-coveted award at the just-concluded Africa Muzik Magazine Awards (Afrimma) that was held in Dallas, Texas.

Speaking after receiving the crown of Best Female Artiste East Africa, she said it was a result of working hard in the industry.

"It feels amazing, a true testament of consistent hard work," he said.

"With or without the award, I feel like I have been representing Kenya, East Africa and Africa at large. Musically the goal is to go global. I represent black girls in general from Africa to Europe to the United States and beyond, so you can look forward to more international projects from me."

The March Along hitmaker was appreciative of her Kenyan fans and said:

"As Kenyans, let's continue to support one another in the art world and in all aspects, because we are global forces in all tribes!"
