A video of a police officer threatening to shoot a taxi driver has emerged online.

Reports indicated that the police officer was angered when the Little Ride taxi company driver entered Kasuku shopping mall in Kileleshwa, Nairobi using the exit. 

In the video, the driver's passenger who was a female is heard questioning the police on why he assaulted the driver on such a minor issue and the police was seemingly not able to respond to that. 

The police officer shoved the driver backwards threatening to have him locked up as another female officer who was also following the matter walks away. 

Sources indicate that the driver has been booked at a Kileleshwa police station.
