A video of President Uhuru Kenyatta seemingly angry at one of his Cabinet Secretaries has gone viral on social media.
The video was captured in Meru on Madaraka Day as Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi was reading his speech.
While on it, Kiraitu told the President that his efforts to ensure Meru has a good transport infrastructure suffered a major blow because after he launched the road works, the contractors disappeared on site and the work is yet to be done.
Immediately, Uhuru summoned Transport CS James Macharia where he is seen demanding answers.
Apparently, the President is asking the CS to explain over the laxity of contractors.
From the brief exchange, one can tell the President is not amused with the answer given and dismisses Macharia.
The CS coils back to his seat.
