Three people have been rushed to Molo sub-county hospital after they were involved in an accident along the Molo-Olenguruone road.
The accident occurred at the county council junction.
Peter Njuguna, a bodaboda rider who witnessed the accident, said the two riders were speeding before they crashed and the bikes burst into flames.
Those injured are two riders and a passenger.
A group of riders who rescued their colleagues urged the Chinese company tarmacking the road to ensure it erects speed bumps.
Molo base commander Moses Nderitu urged all riders to ensure they adhere to traffic rules. He blamed many bodaboda accidents on speeding.
The fire consumed the bikes leaving only metal shells.
