The match ended 4-0 in favour of the league leaders.
Coming from a midweek draw against GFE 105, Vihiga ran riot past Agro to resound their promotion intentions.
Former AFC Leopards custodian Barnabas Tiem started in goal as Edward Manoah rested his first choice keeper Frank Mwenda.
The first goal came after an Agro defender cleared into his own net before experienced Martin Imbalambala added another to take the teams to a 2-0 halftime score.
Second half substitute Rashid Kyambadde scored a brace in the second half to end the match at 4-0.
