[Photo|Wilberforce Otichillo]Vihiga Governor Wilberforce Otichillo met the 2017 KCPE candidate who scored 375 marks.Cyprian Mogore, from Kapchemugung primary school secured admission at Nyang'ori Boys High School in Kisumu. Otichillo asaid he would sponsor the secondary school education of the boy from a needy family in order to invest in the future leadership of Vihiga County and the nation at large."The County government of Vihiga has budgeted Kshs 200 millionth for education bursary across the county. Applications for Ward bursary committees members begins today, submitted to your Ward Administrator. Election of members will be conducted on 10th January, 2018," the Governor said on Tuesday.He further urged residents to elect credible people for the said positions who will execute their duties diligently without bias.
