The secretariat charged with the implementation of vision 2030 has warned that attaining the vision's objectives may prove difficult if the political bickering in counties continues.Dr. Julias Maina who is the secretariat's director general says that counties are implementing projects that are at odds with those envisioned in vision 2030.He said that there was a need to remove politics from the implementation of vision 2030 flagship projects.“What we would wish to see is institutionalized planning where politics is totally divorced from our Vision 2030 flagship projects,” he said during a one-day workshop convened by Strathmore University for business journalists, the Business Daily has reported.Dr. Maina said that it took a lot of time to formulate policies and objections by counties were endangering national goals to develop parts of the country.
