Amani National Congress (ANC) has pro-Jubilee government cartels who will be uprooted from NASA starting next month, Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has said.

Malala on Sunday said the party has been experiencing unhealthy internal challenges due to political ineptitude caused by cartels cozy to Mudavadi.

"It is this cartel that has caused the political noise. Loss of EALA seat and dismal performance of parliamentary leadership should not be blamed on the constituent parties," he said as quoted by The Star.

He said the party lost due to internal wrangles and indiscipline from some individuals who he will name in a fortnight.

"We are giving them two weeks and we will name the cartels who want ANC to join Jubilee" Malala said.

While responding to Lugari MP Ayub Savula’s calls against Raila Odinga’s swearing in plans, the first time Senator on Sunday dismissed Savula’s stand as baseless. Malala further related Savula to pro-Jubilee links.

The Kakamega Senator said the Lugari MP has no rights and powers to castigate Raila Odinga over the oath plan.

Barely a week ago, Savula asked the Opposition leader to forsake his inauguration plan and instead give room for the chiseling of Musalia Mudavadi for 2022 State House bid.

He poked holes into Odinga’s presidency to be if the swearing plan was to be done.

According to MP Savula, the former prime minister would be a toothless president even if the swearing plan would materialize since he would miss the control of the disciplined forces, Treasury and other executive powers.

Senator Malala now says Savula was making an individual statement that is not informed with the NASA philosophy.

"Savula has no powers to issue such statements. We are in NASA and in NASA to the end. Savula statement that he castigated Raila attest to this skim of ambitions," Malala said.

The Senator claimed that the statement from Savula who also serves as ANC parliamentary group leader was a confirmation that Jubilee had ties with ANC cartels.

He said; "He is not the party leader. He has confirmed the link between ANC cartels and Jubilee.”
