Japheth Munala, the national women volleyball head coach has called upon the federation to put in place adequate plans for the Malkia Strikers ahead of next year’s World Championship.Speaking at a city hotel on Thursday, Munala said that it was imperative for the girls to have proper preparations if they are to make an impression at the global showpiece set for Japan.“We have requested the federation to give us ample time to train. We need like 6 months of intense training because the world championships is very competitive,” Munala said.Munala also added that the competition will feature the world’s best hence preparedness is key."Before we jetted out , I said it was going to be tough and indeed it was. Cameroon is well funded; they prepare well and do not lack anything. We have to be at our best in order to march the best." He said.Munala praised youngster Immaculate Chemtrails after she made an impressive debut in the continental championship.
