National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale has urged Garissa residents to vote for Jubilee Party to continue receiving government goodies.
Duale, who was speaking in Korakora area, said Jubilee, is committed to transforming the region, and that it has a good track record on development projects including electricity, health care, education and youth empowerment.
“Vote for Jubilee in the next general elections because of its commitment to transform the region. The Jubilee track record on electricity, healthcare, education and youth empowerment is a testimony here,” said Duale.
He also assured residents that the last mile programme will be launched within the next 10 days, which will allow for more houses to be connected to the power grid.
Duale later distributed 400 bags of rice and beans and 50 cartons to areas experiencing drought in the rural areas.
