An ODM MCA aspirant in Kiambu county Mary Muigai has urged Limuru residents to elect NASA presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga.
Speaking on Tuesday when she attended candidates briefing by IEBC at Kirathimo social hall in Limu, Marysaid Raila will win with a landslide on August 8.
She is running for Limuru Central MCA the seat currently held by Njenga Murugani, "Never underestimate Raila's support countrywide. People have heard that he wants to manage the resources of this country," she said as reported by Star.
She urged residents to elect her, saying she will be at the forefront in oversighting the Kiambu government.
She noted that she was sacked from a restrarant where she used to work as an accountant in Limuru town after she started campaigning for Raila.
She called upon ODM party to help fund her financially to enable her conduct campaigns.
Mary vowed to transform the ward with better roads, improved markets and better representation during the making of bills that concern them if elected.
