Three voters have moved to court to stop the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) from clearing Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, to defend his seat.
The three voters say that their Member of Parliament fraudulently obtained his academic papers.

They argue in the case that the Jubilee allied lawmaker forged his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) document.
The three also want the court to bar Sudi from contesting in the August 8 polls.
Sudi has, however, been cleared by the IEBC to defend his seat.
