[Photo/Charles Mark Dienya] Voters at Daraja Mbili primary in Kitutu Chache South constituency had to wait for hours on Tuesday to vote after the KIEMS kits failed to work. The delay led to a protest by the locals who had turned out to vote as early as 6 am. Low turnouts were experienced at the Daraja Mbili polling station whereby 9 am only 20 people out of a possible 400 turned out to vote. Incumbent MP Richard Onyonka is fighting to retain his seat, facing formidable opponents in ODM's Samuel Omwando and Jubilee's Anthony Kibagendi.
